In last weeks edition of the Greene County Democrat the wrong photo was posted with the article stating one person is dead and four others were injured in a shooting early Sunday morning at the Eutaw National Guard Armory. The person killed in the shooting has been identified as 36-year-old Mandel Pearson of Anniston, AL. We do apologizes for the error and extend condolences to the bereaved family and injured victims. Home going celebration for Mandel Pearson will be held at 11: a.m. Friday, Jan. 26, 2018 at Greater Shiloh Baptist Church, Birmingham, AL. Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018 1: p.m.- 8: p.m. at Bushelon Funeral Home (800 14th St. SW). Bushelon Funeral Home directing.
